This is the Bulldozer from Win 10 3D Builder, as in the CGCookie lesson Exporting Objects. At the moment of writing (20190820), I am using Blender 2.80 for which the Sketchfab exporter is not yet available. Thankfully someone took time and effort to create "The Unofficial Sketchfab Exporter for Blender 2.8", and it works perfectly!
