Bulldozer. There's a script to transform tris to quads specifically for this model, but it can also be used on any model as a gift. There's another script to retopology the model - instant meshes bridge plus instant meshes is all you need. A bridge from 3ds max to instant meshes allows you to export, remesh and import your object back without leaving the max interface. The parameters are set in the dialog. Installation: You can run it from anywhere (Maxscript -> Run Script...). If you want to put it on the toolbar, menu or quadmenu, create a macroscript for it using Macroscript Creator. At first run, the script will ask where your instant meshes executable is - this only happens once unless you reinstall max or remove the executable from the path.
