Bulldog Extruder lid with space for non-flush mount screws

When I put together my Bulldog style extruder for my Ender 3, I found out that the screws it came with were too short. I had to use M3x25mm screws instead, which weren't flush mount so the lid wouldn't screw on neatly. I reworked the lid from Oscar's .scad file to add gaps for the screw heads. I also had to adjust the screw hole location, so this might not work for every Bulldog extruder - it was specifically designed for mine: https://a.co/5q0Fujq
