Bull Horn Light Bar Mount

I have a small light bar I wanted to mount on my steel bumper but didn't want to drill. This mount is designed to wrap around a bull horn or any kind of pipe. The bull horn on my bumper is larger but the plastic bends enough that the mount could probably fit many different diameters. The lights been mounted on the front of my bumper for a few months in the rainy and cold Washington atmosphere and hasn't failed in the slightest yet. I can't remember what size bolts I used but if it fits it'll work.
