Bulkhead fittings

Update May 2020: One of the three custom-made bulkhead fittings I have in use broke apart under constant water stress. My prediction is that the PLA material became too brittle from prolonged exposure to water. I'll experiment with ABS or PETG materials soon, and you should definitely avoid printing this fitting in PLA! I created my own bulkhead fittings due to their high cost where I live. I have two versions for different hose sizes: 12mm (1/2") and 6mm (1/4") ID. Additional versions may become available in the future. To assemble these custom bulkheads, you'll need an O-ring with specific dimensions: 17mm ID and 20mm OD. For a secure installation, I recommend using a 16mm drill bit. Later on, I added new fittings for 9mm and 25mm hose sizes. The 25mm version requires a different O-ring size: 34mm ID and 41mm OD. Please use these two with caution since they haven't been thoroughly tested yet.
