A circular fan duct, modeled after http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:69557, has been altered to accommodate a 40mm fan. It suits Bukobot 8 V1 printers featuring the pre-"spitfire" extruder. The design accommodates M3 screws, albeit with some difficulty in threading due to scaling changes at the mount's rear. This fan duct was crafted from ORD Solutions' blue PLA material.
