The PLA cooling fan duct for Bukobot with Bukoschnozzle hot end and initial X-carriage design requires good insulation, as it has minimal clearance from the hot end. Print the duct and attach it to the X-carriage using a cable tie and two M3 screws. Ensure that the fan duct hole aligns with the hot end, and wire it up following instructions for controlling fan speed. Use a 50x50x10mm 12V fan with around 10-11 CFM airflow, and enable cooling in your slicer profiles to avoid running the fan at full power and causing stringing. A larger version of the fan duct is also available, increasing its internal diameter by 4mm for more clearance or positioning the nozzle closer to the center.
