At a local hacker space, I came across this design by Mike. He generously shared it with me on the condition that I post it on Thingiverse. Thanks, Mike! This print works best with a 9-inch Copco turntable from Amazon (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0036OQU1U/ref=ox_sc_act_title_2?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER), and I used PLA for printing but ABS should also work.
