This is a custom-designed duster filter specifically created for Deezemaker Bukito v1 printers and compatible with 1.75mm filament. It effectively prevents dust from entering your extruder, guaranteeing optimal printing conditions in any environment. For installation, simply attach the filter to the front of your extruder using one small zip tie and trim a piece of fine sponge or foam to fit seamlessly around the extruder feeder. In heavily dusty workplaces, this attachment is a must-have for maintaining print quality. You can manufacture this device without relying on supports. I've taken care to include a snap-off support in the STL file to simplify printing process, ensuring easy removal once the print has completed. Printing with at least 25% infill is recommended, while sponge foam similar to that used by 3M or even kitchen sponges with small pores serve as suitable options for effective results.
