This 3D scene, created using 3ds Max 2016, is compatible with versions 2013-2017, and has been rendered with Vray 3 or above, featuring an IES lighting system. The town consists of six buildings, each with nine floors; the interior plans include two bedrooms, bathrooms, a living room, kitchen, dining area, and a balcony in every flat. The asset folder is provided as a zip file containing an HDRI file (6000x2895), IES lighting files, textures, Vray render presentations, and a Photoshop file for minor color correction with no plugins used.
