This model is part of a City Generator available on my account. Building 16 is ready to render with materials and textures as a VRay Scene in all major software applications, including 3DS Max, Maya, Cinema 4D, and Houdini. The native scene is only in 3DS Max and can be edited exclusively there. Created for close-up, mid-level, background, aerial, and street-level shots, additional rooftops were strategically placed accordingly. The model is optimized to work seamlessly with Day and Night lighting. An internal structure, walls, and ceilings are included to achieve realistic lighting behavior. You can add internal night lighting per area or room without compromising realism. Walls will never allow you to see through the building. Some buildings in the City Generator package feature garages and underground parking for improved ground blending. Billboard options are available for your local commercial space usage (large print commercials). A dirt layer and world-scale noises are included, which will enhance the building's appearance based on its placement. Preview images were created using HDRI from hdriheaven, which can be found on their website. The model consists of 13 textures, 355 objects, and 39 internal lights for night renders. The mesh parts are UV-mapped (mixed) and organized for efficient rendering. Night time lighting is included in the file, and you'll find files in various formats, including *max 2013, *fbx, *obj, *abc, and *vrscene. No additional textures are required; all objects are intelligently separated and named, making it easy to change or apply new materials. Materials are correctly named for quick access.
