This model is part of a City Generator package and can be found on my account. Building 08 The model is ready to render with materials and textures as a VRay Scene in all the main software applications, including 3DS Max, Maya, Cinema 4D, and Houdini. The native scene is only in 3DS Max and can be edited exclusively there. This model was designed for close-up, mid-level, background, aerial, and street-level shots, with additional rooftops placed accordingly to achieve realistic results. It is also ready to work within Day and Night lighting conditions. The model features an internal structure, complete with walls inside and ceilings that help to achieve realistic lighting behavior. Users can easily add internal night lighting per area or room without compromising the overall realism of the scene. The building's interior remains opaque at all times, ensuring a believable environment. Some buildings in the City Generator package include garages and underground parking for improved ground blending. Billboards are also placed throughout to accommodate local commercial space usage (including large-scale print commercials). A dirt layer and world-scale noises have been added to create a varied appearance based on the building's placement within the cityscape. Preview images were created using HDRI from hdriheaven, which can be found on their website. Model specifications include: 13 x textures 430 x objects 141 x internal lights for night renders The model mesh parts are UV mapped (mix) and organized, with a nighttime lighting setup included in the file. Users will find various file formats in the archive, including *max 2013, *fbx, *obj, *abc, and *vrscene. No additional textures are required, as all objects are intelligently separated and named, making it easy to change or apply new materials.
