This model is a key component of the City Generator, located on my account. Building 06 is now ready to render with materials and textures as a VRay Scene in all major software applications (3DS Max, Maya, Cinema 4D, Houdini). Native scene exists only in 3DS Max and can be edited exclusively there. Designed for closeup, mid-level, background, aerial, and street-level shots, additional rooftops were strategically placed. The model is optimized to work seamlessly within both Day and Night lighting scenarios. It features an internal structure, walls, and ceilings that enable realistic lighting behavior. Internal night lighting can be added per area or room, ensuring complete opacity from the outside. Some buildings in the City Generator package include garages and underground parking for improved ground blending. Billboards are included for local commercial space usage (featuring large-size print commercials). A dirt layer and world-scale noises have been added to create a dynamic appearance based on placement. Preview images were generated using HDRI from hdriheaven, accessible on their website. Model specifications: 10 textures, 671 objects, 229 internal lights for night renders. Model mesh parts are UV-mapped (mix) and organized; Night time lighting setup is included in the file. The archive contains files in formats *max 2013, *fbx, *obj, *abc, *vrscene. No additional textures are required, as all objects are intelligently separated and named, with materials correctly identified. New materials can be easily applied or existing ones modified.
