This model is a key part of my City Generator package, which you can find on my account. Building 10 The model is now ready to render with materials and textures as a VRay Scene in all the main software applications (3DS Max, Maya, Cinema 4D, Houdini). The native scene is only available in 3DS Max and can be edited there. It was designed for closeup, mid level, background, aerial and street level shots, with additional rooftops placed accordingly. The model is ready to work within Day and Night lighting. It has an internal structure, walls inside, ceilings that help achieve realistic lighting behavior. You can add internal night lighting per area or room without seeing through the building. Some buildings in the City Generator package have garages and underground parking for better ground blending. There are billboards placed for your local commercial space usage (your own big size print commercials). A dirt layer, world scale noises are included to make the building look differently based on its placement. Preview images were created using HDRI from hdriheaven which can be found on their website. 12 x textures 461 x objects 168 x internal lights for night renders The model's mesh parts are UV mapped (mix) and organized. The Night time lighting setup is included in the file. In the archive, you'll find files in the format *max 2013, *fbx, *obj, *abc, *vrscene. The model doesn't need additional textures. All objects are intelligently separated and named. All materials are correctly named. You can change or apply new materials in no time.
