The original native format remains .skp, while the corresponding 3ds Max scene is based on version 2016, with final renderings accomplished using Vray 3.00. Notably, this building was a high-rise apartment complex built during the 60s, featuring 22 stories and standing at approximately 70 meters tall for nearly two decades, thereby claiming the title of Rosario's tallest structure until it was edited on September 30, 2010.
