This 3D model was originally created using Sketchup 6, later converted to all other 3D formats. Its native format is .skp, while a 3ds Max scene utilizes 3ds Max 2016, rendered with Vray 3.00 The old building was constructed in 1907 by Santiago Pinasco, mayor of Rosario in the early twentieth century. In the 1960s, it was sold to David Roshental, who subdivided and sold a part of the building to the Galli family, owners of a renowned house of antiques. Curiously, two tunnels over 500 meters long were dug from the back of the building. (Now shuttered) These tunnels were used for transporting goods to and from the port. NOTE TO EQUIPMENT ENGINEER: Move the model on April 29, 2010 to compensate for rearrangement of the satellite image.
