Building One (Barracks/Apartment Building)

I required a versatile, two-story structure that could serve as both barracks and apartment-style buildings, offering flexibility for various settings. Ideally, this design should also function effectively as a standalone ground-floor building. To add extra value, the stair section should be adaptable to work seamlessly with almost every other one-story building as a means of accessing the roof. My scale is roughly 1/48, allowing it to complement a wide range of figures in my collection.
