I required a nondescript two-story structure capable of serving as either barracks or an apartment-style building, also suitable for use as a small ground-floor building. Additionally, the stair section could be easily integrated into almost any other one-story building to provide access to the roof. My scale is approximately 1/48, making it versatile enough to work with a wide range of my figures.
