A newly unearthed public structure discovered in the Mergelina Area of the Trega hillfort, located in A Guarda, Pontevedra, Galicia, has been dated back to 1 BC. Visible beneath this sprawling edifice lies a subterranean section dating to 400 BC, which was sealed off when the larger building was constructed. This archaeological excavation was undertaken by the Deputación de Pontevedra and overseen by Rafael Rodríguez. The photographs were captured by Sole Felloza and Manuel Gago, with editing credits going to Manuel Gago as well.
