This 3D model was originally designed in Sketchup 8 before being exported into all other 3D formats available today. The native format remains .skp, while 3ds Max scene is created using 3ds Max 2016, and the final rendering process utilized Vray 3.00. This establishment began life as part of a project undertaken by district government to relocate street vendors and revamp downtown aesthetics. It's common to find sellers peddling their wares on street corners - everything from fries to fresh vegetables, shoes to CDs, or anything else that can be bought and sold. The mayor allocated this building specifically for vendors, providing them with a more hospitable location to display their merchandise.
