This model began life as a 3D creation using SketchUp 13 software and was subsequently adapted into numerous other formats for expanded use possibilities. Its original format is native .skp, but a version compatible with 3ds Max has also been produced. That version, specifically designed to work within 2016's 3ds Max framework, is ready for V-Ray 3.00 rendering capabilities in building and architecture applications.
