We all print calibration cubes at some point, so why not print one that can be used afterwards? Here we have a simple 2x2 standard square building block. All dimensions are multiples of 0.4mm so can be printed with a standard 0.4mm nozzle. Dimensions: 1. Width is 16mm and should be as close to perfectly square as possible. 2. The sidewall height is 9.6mm. 3. The height of the brick to the top of the studs is 11.2mm. 4. The width of the top studs is 4.8mm. 5. Sidewall width measures 1.6mm. 6. The diameter of the inner column is 6.4mm.
