Build Plate Organizer
thingiverse
This is a build plate/build surface designed specifically to slip over a standard U.S. 2X4. I tailored it to fit perfectly over the back of my Menard's DIY workbench (https://www.menards.com/main/tools/tool-storage/workbenches/midwest-manufacturing-reg-6-workmaster-workbench/1367034/p-1444448750471-c-19492.htm?tid=1060551656837144518&ipos=1). I added counter-sunk screw holes and cutouts to save time printing. This setup will securely hold six build plates in place. I plan to conduct a test print, editing as needed, but initially, I'll try using tree supports for the letters and 15-20% infill. If you prefer to make the lower portion solid while filling the top with infill, I recommend checking out CHEP's Chuck Hellebuyck YouTube video on making partial prints solid.
