To customize a silicone gasket for my project, I began by opening the design file and modifying its inner radius, outer radius, and thickness. After saving the changes as an .stl file, I printed it using ABS material. I then lubricated a groove in the gasket before filling it with silicone to crystallize. Once set, I meticulously removed the finished gasket.
