My little girl got her Build-a-bear fitted with frames, so I built a custom case that matches hers perfectly. I used a thin piece of filament as the hinge and cleverly incorporated magnets from Harbor Freight to secure it in place (https://www.harborfreight.com/10-piece-rare-earth-magnets-67488.html). My daughter took it upon herself to line the inside with soft felt for an authentic feel.
