Buggyboard Connector - B-Motion2Bugaboo

We forgot to swap out the stroller, but more importantly, we misplaced our buggyboard (Mitfahrerbrett) that was attached to our Bugaboo stroller. It's a vital original accessory part for Bugaboo strollers that's super helpful when taking two kids on a longer walk... and a design challenge for Christmas holidays just started. To link the Bugaboo buggyboard to the B-Motion stroller, a special connector is required because these parts from different manufacturers are not compatible. The goal was to connect the board to the much higher, angular, and bent bar at the B-Motion buggy. The two parts are attached with 4 pieces of ISO 10643 M4x50 screws and self-locking nuts for each side. There are separate files or combined STLs with built-in reinforcement (RiF) volumes that can be used as modifiers for higher infill settings. My first drafts in PLA V1 are shown on the left, while V2 is displayed on the right. These draft parts are currently assembled. After a week and many kilometers of real-life testing, they're working great so far. I made some further improvements and switched to PETG at V3 published here.
