To hang her baby bag on the Bugaboo Cameleon 3 stroller (model year 2014, possibly different for older versions), my wife had to find an alternative solution since Bugaboo doesn't offer an optional clip. Fortunately, a small custom part worked perfectly. However, I must note that overloading the frame is not recommended and I bear no responsibility for any damage caused.
