Bug antenna headband, customizable
cults3d
This is a straightforward bug antennae headband that I created for our four-year-old daughter to complement her butterfly wings. Print in ABS for flexibility, then attach the antennae into their slots on the headband (ABS adhesive works best). You may need to adjust the fit of the slots. No supports are required. The design is highly customizable: size, aspect ratio, how large the teeth on the headband are, how long the stalks are, how big the rounded tips are, whether the stalk tips are flat or rounded (if rounded, you'll have to glue two halves together, unless you prefer slightly-off-center balls), and so on. The code utilizes my Bezier library.
