I discovered Sonia Verdu's simplified Ankly model by chance, and immediately fell for its potential for customization. As I worked on modifying the eyes, the only aspect I initially wanted to alter, I caught wind of an idea to incorporate insect-like features into the model. Meanwhile, I made some adjustments to the elbow and hand area, adding a hinge joint to the feet. Designed with SLS printing in mind, this model may require support structures or minor tweaking for FDM or SLA printing.
