A quick design for a laser pointer mount for a Bug-A-Salt 3.0 (4) has slightly smaller holes for both barrel and cheap laser pointer. I did take some sand paper and reamed both holes out a bit, then fitment was snug. The larger holes are a bit looser and required no sanding off my printer. Not loose enough to fall off, but under a lot of moving around I'd say it might fall off. I made this so you can turn the pointer up while depressing the red light button and it will tuck under the plastic, keeping the light on. If you depress both buttons and turn the pointer downward and tuck both under the plastic, you'll have a red laser and the white light. The cheap little pointer I used was one I just had laying around the house and has an outer measurement of approx 5.15mm. I printed with a brim just to make sure it stayed in place, but probably not needed.
