Robust, precise, tried-and-true ------------------------------------------ Unlike other solution that rely on elastic clamps that are prone to breaking, our mounting system mounts with your bug-a-salt 3.0 with mechanical clamps and machine bolts, ensuring toughness and precision. Easy to install -------------------- With tooths that finely mesh with your bug-a-salt 3.0, and a nuts-and-bolts mounting mechanism, the installation is guarantted to be non-invasive, quick, and easy. __________________________ To Make ========= _________________________ Compatibility ------------------- Guaranteed compatibility with bug-a-salt 3.0. Earlier models may require sanding of the forward teeth's forward walls. Non-3D printed materials required ---------------------------------------------- + 2 of 1.5in by 10/32 in bolts. + 2 of 10/32 nuts. The hole for the screw has a clearance of 5.5mm diameter, and the hole for the bolts are 10mm opposite wall to opposite wall. You may use bolts and nuts of your own choice, but *make sure they clear*. The bolts should be *at least* 1.5in in length. Printing ------------------- Scale 1000% to make the longest edge about 94mm. Print with support and adhesion. Use any material of your choice with infill >= 20% and precision <= 0.20mm. Face the picatinny rail sides down, or the biggest flat sides down. Support is required either way. Mounting ---------------- Mesh the tooth with the holes on top of your gun.
