I laser cut the stake grip pieces and bought a 3/4 inch aluminum core, which I didn't print. I printed all other parts at 0.3 millimeters thick, mainly because printing them at 0.1 millimeters would have taken an incredibly long time. I assembled everything with superglue, then applied XTC-3D for coating and finally sanded it down before spraying a coat of paint. Print Settings Printer Brand: Solidoodle Printer: Solidoodle 4 Rafts: No rafts were used. Supports: No supports were added. Resolution: The printer was set to 0.3 resolution. Infill: Infill density was set at 10 percent.
