This tool is designed specifically to help you apply a flawless finish to your car with the aid of a battery drill. The stem measures 10mm in diameter, while the primary disc has a diameter of approximately 70mm. When paired with the extension disc, its overall diameter expands to around 100mm. Printing this tool at a layer height of 0.2mm yields excellent results. Nevertheless, it is crucial to ensure good layer adhesion for the tool's durability - thicker wall thicknesses, higher temperatures and lower print speeds can significantly enhance this. The extension disc is crafted from flexible TPU material, allowing you to effortlessly apply cloths to uneven surfaces. This tool was specifically designed to work seamlessly with the "SONAX 417141 Sponge Applicator". However, it should also work perfectly well with any other sponge that measures around 105mm in diameter and 17mm in thickness.
