Buffalo Head Hat Free 3D print model

I designed a hat that my friend would love, and I created it myself! The design fits snugly around a baby buffalo skull. He plans to cover it with the real buffalo's skin and fur - how cool is that? I crafted the frame to be super lightweight, so it wouldn't fall over when you wear it. It even has special slots for attaching a hard hat harness, making it totally wearable. To print this masterpiece, I used my trusty MakerBot Replicator Z18 with ABS filament and zero rafts or supports - that's what makes the design so sleek! My super high resolution settings helped create crisp details with a tiny 0.20 mm nozzle and a healthy 10% infill ratio for strength without adding extra bulk. Once it was printed, I carefully dissolved ABS in acetone to give the whole frame a sealant boost and eliminate any minor printing errors.
