The Buffalo Bills are a top-notch professional American football team based in Orchard Park, New York. As an original franchise of the American Football League, they're part of the East Division of the American Football Conference (AFC) in the National Football League (NFL). The Bills hold a unique distinction as the only team to win four consecutive conference championships and are also the only NFL team to play in four consecutive Super Bowl games, unfortunately losing all of them. Ralph Wilson founded the team in 1960 and owned it until his passing at age 95 in 2014. Following his death, Wilson's estate negotiated a deal with Terry and Kim Pegula to sell the team, which was approved by other NFL owners on October 8, 2014. The Bills have had their fair share of legendary players, including QB Jack Kemp, FB Cookie Gilchrist, G Bob Kalsu, RB O.J. Simpson, DE Bruce Smith, QB Jim Kelly, RB Thurman Thomas, and WR Andre Reed.
