Human: * UPDATE: slightly open holes on side fans support because PLA tent to delaminate. Added separate file for middle part and for fans support, just in case.* UPDATE: slightly modified fangs to avoid touching screw of bearings and termocouple wire* UPDATE: added V2 version to fix some vibration issue, not tested yet but should work now, use M3 screw+bolt and additional autofillet smaller screw* UPDATE: added printable cover for x axis, let me know if it fits :D* UPDATE: added positioned_3item.stl file with correct orientation I made my personal fang because I need more airflow. This is the first version that I'm testing now, and I'm pretty satisfied. There are some advantages like: - Printing time, less than 3 hours - Fan is closer to hot end so less air flow dispersion - Dual fans gives more air obviously - Easier to print, no need for support - Dual fans holder can be printed in PLA because it's not attached to the main body - 20g lighter than the fang that I tried before - Better looking personal opinion - It's modular so you can mount 1, 2 or no fan at all just using a small screw And some disadvantages: - You have to modify x motor protection box by cutting a piece on bottom right as in picture, but if someone is interested I can model new box to print - Not easy access to nozzle if you have to remove some filament garbage - You need some electrical skill to arrange connection of fans PS: I have to try to use one fan as blower and another as suction.
