Buddha Fett

Buddha Fett

The idea was sparked when I stumbled upon a Buddha statue online and thought it would be cool to give my own spin on the piece like some others have done before me. Tamraz sculpted the body of the Buddha, while Alexander Gargett added a Fett helmet that gives this spiritual icon a bold and modern look. My version makes some interesting changes - the helmet is dented and scratched for a battle-worn effect, while intricate Mandalorian embroidery adorns it with a touch of mysticism. I also decided to get creative by sculpting Fett's Rifle into his right hand and added a detailed shooting pose to bring this Buddha warrior to life. Furthermore, I translated the Four Noble Truths of Buddhism into Aurebesh and carved them onto a new base that reflects the ancient wisdom these principles represent. And for those who can't resist the allure of a well-executed action hero moment, a hint of Fett's flamethrower peeks out from under his left sleeve, giving this unlikely pair a hint of rugged adventure.
