Budas adapter for Prusa i3 Rework extruder

On April 24th, a scad file was incorporated. This addition enables the attachment of any Budas-style hotend to the Prusa i3 Rework extruder (available at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:119616). Secure it using two M3x40 screws. Though not yet confirmed functional, it has been printed, tested, and fitted correctly.
