Buckle Mounting Frame for Velcro Sandal

I acquired two of these velcro sandals beforehand, which featured buckles for securing the ankle portion. This type of design is exceptionally uncommon, and I genuinely appreciate the innovative use of velcro. The incorporation of a buckle significantly streamlined the strapping process, allowing for effortless transitions between a standard sandal and a fully secured one, providing a unique sensation akin to wearing shoes while still enjoying the freedom of sandals. A straightforward non-destructive mounting system was designed specifically for the buckle on the straps, eliminating the need to unwind threads or re-sew them, which could potentially damage the straps. This design was tailored to replicate the POWER brand or BATA brand, with a focus on UK size 7. The buckle itself was salvaged from an old velcro sandal and expertly fitted onto this new one. The frame was installed just 10 hours prior to publication, and while some stress testing has been conducted, more extensive evaluation is still necessary.
