I was in a bind when my Intex Spa buckle snapped, so I sought out an easy-to-print replacement. I stumbled upon this design: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1413578, and after tweaking it, I managed to modify it to print without supports. Print Settings Printer Brand: MakerBot Printer: MakerBot Replicator Mini+ Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: 0.20mm Infill: 40% Notes: The infill of the female part can be reduced to 20%, but for structural integrity, the male part should have at least 40% infill.
