Tried to print with a variety of materials, including ABS, ABS+, PETG, and Flex. The results were disappointing, with each material having its own set of drawbacks. ABS+ is currently the best option, but it's not ideal due to its rigidity at low temperatures, making it prone to breaking. ABS and PETG are even more fragile, while Flex is too flexible for this particular application. After extensive testing, I have yet to find a material that meets my requirements, but ABS+ is a usable compromise. If you've discovered an ideal material, please share your findings! **UPDATE:** A breakthrough has been made with the discovery of ABS+FLEX (courtesy of plexiwire), which achieves perfect results when used with 100% infill. I've also added a shorter model to the collection. SolidWorks source files and Simplify3D profiles are now available for download.
