Buckle for Deuter backpack / Schnalle für Deuter-Rucksack
thingiverse
I created this buckle for my Deuter backpack because the original one was broken. I only made the female part, since the male part is still okay. If I find the time, I might also make the male part. This part isn't an exact copy of the original - I changed some things to make it stronger. It's designed for the 38mm waist belt, but if you scale it down, you can probably use it on smaller buckles at the 20mm belts (I haven't tried yet). I printed this buckle both horizontally and vertically. I think vertical is a better way to print it because you need less support material and it's much easier to remove. In the third photo, from top to bottom, you can see: original part - vertically printed part - horizontally printed part
