Russia's Republic of Bashkortostan, Khaibullinsky district is where archaeologists uncovered a significant discovery in 2007. The Perevolochan-1 necropolis holds many secrets, and Barrow #12 is one of the most intriguing sites found so far. In Burial #1, researchers discovered an unusual clasp made from bone, measuring 18x14 mm, with a thickness of 7 mm and a hole diameter of 9x8 mm. This ancient relic dates back to the Iron Age, a time period that spans from around 1200 BCE to 500 CE. The chronology of this find places it squarely in the IV century BC, amidst the Sarmatian culture.
