Bucketeer Delta Beam

Bucketeer Delta Beam

thingiverse

The Delta printer is designed to print a five-gallon bucket, scaled up from the original delta's build area. It takes significant effort to stop it from shaking and the MDF material was not robust enough. The parts are redesigned to use 19-20mm aluminum beams, bolted in at a 60-degree angle. A drill guide is included for drilling holes accurately. Compatibility with the original has yet to be confirmed, but it should work seamlessly with one exception: the end stop may miss the carriage slightly. Further updates will be posted as progress is made on this project. Print Settings: Printer Brand: MakerBot Printer Model: MakerBot Replicator 1 Rafting: No rafts are used Supports: Supports are not required Resolution: A resolution of 0.20 millimeters is achieved Infill Rate: The infill rate is set at 0.15
