Bucket Vacuum Former Parts v2
thingiverse
Have you always wanted to build an arc reactor? In a cave? From a box of scraps? Now you can. At Maker Faire Bay Area 2019, everyone who attended my sold-out workshop got the chance to learn how to build and operate a simple vacuum former for around $35 in common parts. This made it possible to create props, soap/chocolate/candy molds, phone cases & more - then make and take home their own glowing Arc Reactor. I'm putting together a free ebook with build instructions, 3D files, tips, and project ideas, etc. Leave your email and I'll send it to you when it's done. In the meantime, I'll send you all of my slides, step-by-step tutorial, a list of materials, and links to everything you need to build your own arc reactor. Check out this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Prj04gPeLw I've revised this version to use a lot less plastic (~33%) and take less time (50%) to print. It should be functionally identical, but with some work I could bring it down further.
With this file you will be able to print Bucket Vacuum Former Parts v2 with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on Bucket Vacuum Former Parts v2.
