<p>The dirt guard's outer diameter is 20,5cm. The riser clips lift the guard 1cm above the bottom of a bucket. The design is optimized for Orthex 10l bucket, but you can obviously scale the design bigger or smaller depending on your bucket size.</p><p>Important to print with 100% infill, otherwise the dirt guard will float.</p><h3>Print instructions</h3><p>Print 1 x dirt_guard and 4 x dirt_guard_clip2.</p><p><strong>Orientation: </strong>Clips best printed “sideways”</p><p><strong>Supports: </strong>Not needed</p><p><strong>Layer height: </strong>0,2mm</p><p><strong>Material: </strong>PLA, PETG</p><p><strong>Infill: </strong>100% (IMPORTANT, otherwise the dirt guart will float)</p><p><strong>Raft: </strong>not needed</p><h3>Assembly instructions</h3><p>Place the four clips on the second outmost cicle of the dirt guard. The higher part should be on the inner side of the circle for best fit. A small drop of superglue can be used to ensure the clips stay in place, but it is not mandatory.</p>
