I'm still waiting for the parts to complete my overpriced shell that I bought on eBay. To be honest, I wasn't thrilled with the original landing gear that came with it. Not only was it flimsy, but it was also a real pain to install into the fighter. My version is much easier to put in place, and it looks way more like traditional landing gear should look. The axle on mine is even sized for a piece of filament. I completely agree with Jollythegood when he says: "These files are provided for free and as such they are NOT to be sold or printed for profit. If I discover any of these models for sale on any forum I will pull the designs. My sole intention for uploading these files is that they be used to complete otherwise incomplete pieces and help restore great toys from childhood. So please, print for yourself, print for a friend, but don't scalp people trying to save toys from the dumpster." If you do end up printing these parts, I'd love it if you could post a picture of your finished project! It would be awesome to see them put to good use and bring back memories of playing with these great toys as kids.
