This is a case designed specifically for the buck converter available at https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00OZGVL4O/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pC_S_ttl?_encoding=UTF8&colid=3D90JFISWGAEG&coliid=I3HXG4ID3824W4. There are two distinct types of cases, one featuring a 40mm fan and the other without. The voltage readout button can be accessed by pressing the "v" on the lid. Cutouts are strategically placed for ventilation, adjusting the output voltage, and accessing the terminals. Importantly, even with the cutout on the lid, the 7-segment display remains visible.
