I bought the buck converter and plugs on AliExpress, but searching Google for "buck converter LCD" reveals it's available in various stores. I secured my PCB and plugs with hot glue, while double-sided tape held the lid in place. Two buttons control voltage adjustments: one for up and another for down. A piece of transparent plastic from a packaging served as the screen backing, attached with hot glue. Check out my other published items for more details.
