Smoothed and non-smoothed versions of these precise mechanical components can be freely downloaded for users to test. To achieve optimal printing results, it is advisable to use support material when printing the smoothed files. Instructions for assembly and testing: Select one set of files: either smoothed or non-smoothed. Print a single case and two gears from the chosen style. Use fine grit sandpaper to smooth out any rough edges. Inspect each gear carefully to ensure precise fit. If the gears do not spin freely, apply a lubricant such as powdered graphite or petroleum jelly.
